Prudential administers our leave of absence and short-term disability programs

There are three easy ways to report an absence or disability claim:

  1. Call 877.367.7781, M-F, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern. Speak to one of the service professionals or follow the prompts to record your absence or disability information.
  2. Submit your claim at www.prudential.com/mybenefits.
