Welcome to our team! As a new associate you are eligible for coverage on the first of the month following your date of hire for most benefits. You must enroll within 30 days from your date of hire for the following benefits: medical/prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and legal plans. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the next open enrollment to elect benefits.

You can enroll online via Workday OR by phone via our Frontdoor People Support Center

Workday:

  • Visit the website, using your network login credentials.
  • Use the Workday app. The company ID is frontdoor. Use your Frontdoor email and network password.

Frontdoor People Support Center:

  • Call 866.851.1211 and select 2 for “benefits,” then 1 “for all other benefits-related questions.” Please be ready to enter/provide your year of birth, your ZIP code and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  • The Frontdoor People Support Center is available Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time.

Benefits Eligibility

Covering Yourself

You may enroll in the benefits program if you are a regular full-time associate who is actively working, on average, 30 hours per week.

Eligible dependents generally include your legally married spouse, same- or opposite-sex domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Some age limitations may apply to specific insurance programs. Children may include natural, adopted, stepchildren, children obtained through court-appointed legal guardianship, or children of domestic partners.

Our benefits administrator, OSV, will request supporting documentation such as marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. for newly added dependents. If you have a domestic partner, you are required to provide a domestic partner affidavit annually.
