From simple questions such as quick ways to de-stress or how to find more time in your schedule, to more difficult issues such as finding support after the loss of a loved one, this program is there to work with you and offer suggestions, options, and information.
EAP counselors will confidentially discuss challenges you and your family may be facing and provide you with consultation, information, action plans, and resources within your community. Magellan Healthcare work-life balance EAP offers unlimited access to master’s level counselors by telephone, resources and tools online, and up to five face-to-face visits with a consultant for help with a short-term problem.
