The EAP is available at no cost to all associates and their family members; you do not need to be enrolled in other benefits plans at Frontdoor to use the valuable services this program offers.

EAP counselors will confidentially discuss challenges you and your family may be facing and provide you with consultation, information, action plans and resources within your community. Magellan Healthcare’s work-life balance EAP offers unlimited access to master’s-level counselors by telephone, resources and tools online, and up to five face-to-face visits with a consultant for help with a short-term problem.
