Your benefit details
Accident Insurance pays you a cash benefit for covered injuries and treatments, such as fractures, burns and surgery. The amount you receive depends on the injury and treatment. You can also cover your spouse and children as long as you enroll yourself.
How it works
- 1
File a claim with Prudential if you’re injured in an accident.
Log in to mybenefits.prudential.com (opens in a new tab) (go to My Claims > File a Supplemental Health Claim) or use the Prudential mobile app to file a claim. You’ll need to register for an account (use control number 71160). To file your claim, please share:
- What happened and when
- Who provided treatment
- Permission to get information from your medical
- 2
Receive your cash benefit.
Prudential will review your claim and send a check if approved. The amount of your cash benefits depends on the accident or injury and the treatment you receive. Use the money to help pay for medical bills, childcare costs or any other expenses.
- 3
Get paid for taking care of yourself too.
If you and your dependents get a covered health screening test, your Accident Insurance coverage pays each of you $50.
