Virtual care

Connect with a provider from home or on the go for a range of non-emergency health needs. If you’re enrolled in a Frontdoor medical plan, you have access to virtual care through Teladoc.

Your benefit details

Teladoc gives you 24/7 access to board-certified by phone, video or private messaging. Depending on your needs, you can connect with dermatologists, nutritionists, behavioral health specialists and other medical experts.

Providers can diagnose and treat many common conditions, order labs when appropriate and send prescriptions to your local pharmacy.
