Paid time off (PTO)

Take time away from work when you need it—whether you’re planning a vacation, taking care of personal needs or simply taking time to rest and recharge.

Your benefit details

Your PTO benefit works differently depending on whether you’re an hourly or salaried associate. Review the details below to understand how your time off works and what applies to you.

Hourly associates
  • Planned PTO accrues according to years of service. It is accrued each pay period based on your hours worked.
  • Unplanned PTO caps at 40 hours. Associates accrue one hour of Unplanned PTO for every 30 hours worked.
  • You can carry over up to 40 hours of accrued, unused Planned and Unplanned PTO.

Salaried associates
