- You can contribute pre-tax and/or after-tax (Roth) dollars through your paycheck.
- Frontdoor matches your contributions dollar for dollar on the first 4% of earnings you contribute. To get the full company match, be sure to contribute at least 4% of your pay.
- The IRS places limits on your 401(k) contributions based on your age:
- Under age 50: $24,500
- Age 50–59 or 64+: Additional “catch-up” contribution of $8,000 (total of $32,500)
- Age 60–63: Additional contribution of $11,250 ($35,750 total)

Emotional and mental support
Call the EAP when you need help with situations like anxiety and depression, grief, loss and life transitions, relationships and family challenges, stress and anger management and substance use.
You get unlimited telephone support from master’s-level counselors and up to eight face-to-face or virtual visits. Your treatment information is not shared without your written permission.
Legal resources
Legal services support you with a range of legal concerns, such as divorce and family law, contracts and real estate matters.
Receive one free 60-minute consultation with an attorney per issue, per year. A free 30-minute mediation session is also available —one per issue, per year. Discounts are available for services beyond the initial consultation or mediation.
Work-life help
Get qualified referrals, resources and select services for family or household responsibilities such as finding child and eldercare, movers and home repair contractors, pet care and training and/or housing.
