Check out your medication coverage on the Formulary
Pharmacy benefit managers, like Express Scripts (ESI), update their formularies regularly as medications are new on the market or generic alternatives become available. The formulary assigns each medication to a tier which helps determine the cost you will pay. You can check out the latest formulary, but be aware that a medication could have been updated in the ESI system since the last publishing.
